Terms of service
Last updated: July 20, 2026
Pinnit's rules of use: your account, your content, the plans, and each party's responsibilities.
01 · Acceptance
By using Pinnit you accept these terms. The service is operated by Delfina Savoretti, based in Argentina. If you use Pinnit on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind it.
02 · The service
Pinnit lets you upload images, PDFs, or websites —from the app or with the Chrome extension—, annotate them with pins and prioritized notes, share a read-only review link, and export the feedback to your tracker. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
03 · Your account
- You need a Google account to sign in; you are responsible for the activity on your account.
- You must be of legal age or have authorization to use the service.
- Don't share access or use someone else's account without permission.
04 · Your content
- You keep ownership of the files, captures, and notes you upload.
- You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content in order to provide the service (including generating review links).
- You represent that you have the necessary rights over the content you upload, including the pages you capture with the Chrome extension (which can capture what you see in your browser, also behind your own login).
05 · Acceptable use
You may not use Pinnit for illegal or infringing content or content that violates third-party rights; to capture or distribute content you have no right to access; to compromise the security of the service or of third parties; or to do abusive scraping or exceed your plan's technical limits. Upon a breach we may, depending on its severity, warn you, suspend your account, or close it, and remove the content involved.
06 · Plans, payments, and retention
- Pinnit offers a FREE plan and paid plans (Lite/Pro) with different limits. See the pricing page.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; subscriptions renew automatically per the chosen cycle until you cancel. When you cancel, you keep the plan until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds: if it's your first purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days by writing to info@pinnit.co. Later renewals are non-refundable, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights you may have.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; the new price applies from your next billing cycle. Prices may not include taxes, which are added according to your jurisdiction.
- On the FREE plan, projects are deleted after 30 days; export your feedback or upgrade to a paid plan to keep them.
07 · Review links
Review links are read-only and anyone who has them can view the project. You are responsible for who you share them with. On the Pro plan you can protect them with a password.
08 · Pinnit's intellectual property
Pinnit's brand, software, and design are ours. These terms don't grant you rights over them beyond using the service.
09 · Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is”, without implied warranties of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. Nothing here limits the rights that consumer protection rules grant you on a non-waivable basis.
10 · Termination
You can stop using Pinnit whenever you want. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. Upon termination, the deletion timelines of the privacy policy apply.
11 · Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these terms; if a change is relevant we will let you know by email or in the product. These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina and any dispute is submitted to the ordinary courts of the owner's domicile, without prejudice to any consumer venue that may correspond to you.
